i was really excited for this game then i played killzone tons during the holidays and well i just hope that when this game comes out it reignites my excitment for this game cus i wanna get it i just lost flare to get it i hope something excitiing at e3 is shown about this

The graphics look bad because of the resolution of the videos. When you watch the gameplay trailer in HD on Gametrailers it looks a lot better.

Anyway, I expected a game with 256 players to have low-spec graphics.  That's how Zipper works (SOCOM, SOCOM II) low spec graphics, tight online gameplay.  Done.

I love the Playstation Logo that shows at the end of the second vid, it reminds me of the 360 logo after every 360 vid. But this time round it's not just an X, lol, It's X [] ^ O.

Graphics aren't everything in a game.  Warhawk was really arcade-like but it was still the best varied combat game I ever played because of the fact that they concentrated on gameplay ... not eye-candy

I just hope they get this right

Well im a sniper at heart, And 256 online at one time thats just more targets for me to snipe. I just hope that when they said that they had to make sacrifice for the 256 online, That it does not include Servers.

 snipers better be one shot kill, I hope they make the leveling system like world of warcraft/everquest... Upgrade talents, skill points, guns etc, earn money to buy supplies, etc.

@16. If there is one thing that Zipper can do right. Its making deticated servers. They have been doing it since SOCOM 1. I mean they couldn't even do it for COD 4. I would like to see what Zipper can achieve on the PS3 though, seeing how they were extremely limited on the PS2.

When I click on game details for MAG (on this site) it says that the game has a genre of THIRD PERSON SHOOTER.  Now, when I read this article it says that is is FIRST PERSON!  Which is it?  Could it be both?

Man Im going to get it but i'm so upset that this is... Wait for it... ANOTHER FIRST PERSON SHOOTER. jeez I hope this has something in the gameplay that stands out, because the only thing that's making this exciting is the 256 players. Gameplay wise i'm hearing is not looking so good.

My only concern is servers will be more like 8 vs 10 and so you're running around this huge map looking for somebody to shoot.  I can't imagine there being an abundance of servers that are filled to capacity.  I can't even imagine any servers being  at half or a quater capacity....

Hopefully I'm proven wrong.

As much as I would love to see this game succeed, I don't think it will.  The people looking for a strong stratey based game will find it too chaotic and the people looking for just another shooter with lots of people on the screen will find it too complicated.

 i had no idea this was gonna be a FPS.. i remember the original details at E3 '08 when this was unveiled that it was to be a TPS. this is great tho in my opinion! FPS FTW :D

this in no way looks like warhawk. I really wonder what some of you are smoking. MAG looks more like what battlefield bad company should have been. I have always likedbattlefield games, they are the best in every way. this game looks like a beefed up battlefield game, not warhawk. LOL
