Starbreeze Studios, known for The Chronicles of Riddick: Escape from Butcher Bay and The Darkness, plans to release a new entry in Syndicate series, which Bullfrog Productions began in the 1990s.

Starbreeze's EA-published Syndicate game, currently known as Project Redlime, is coming to the PS3, 360, and PC, according to GI's sources. This new Syndicate game is still far off, as Starbreeze's current focus lies on its upcoming Jason Bourne game (the studio recently acquired the Bourne license).

Stay tuned for more on this latest Syndicate title.

I enjoyed BullFrogs Syndicate on my Amiga, was wondering if there was ever gonna be a re-make on a more powerful system, more AI, more enemies, more action, more killing,  yeah ill keep my eye on this one.

I would murder my children if it would bring Syndicate or Dungeon Keeper to the PS3. :-)

I loved all of the Bullfrog games, and really wish EA never bought them out. I also wish Populous or Theme Hospital would come to the North American store.

I personally loved The Darkness(with the exception of the R2/L2 firing). Just having Mike Pattons voice in it made for a very memorable experience for me.

Syndicate Wars on PS1 was a beast of a game, if its based around that it could be a classic!

I was a major fan of the Syndicate games.  I hope they keep a similar formula.  It was a game that was decades ahead of its time.
